Refund policy
All sales are final
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the art piece is damaged or if you received the wrong item so I can correct the issue ASAP.
Returns are accepted for damaged or incorrect items only. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund or the correct item.
To start a return, please get in touch with me at: emily@emilyduvall.co.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
